BIG DADDI TRUCKING LLC – TERMS OF SERVICE
Educational Services
Big Daddi Trucking LLC provides commercial driver education and training services. Enrollment in a training program is governed by the applicable School Catalog, School Performance Fact Sheet, Enrollment Agreement, and other required student disclosures and policies.
Information presented on this website is intended to provide general information about our programs and services. If information on this website conflicts with a student’s executed Enrollment Agreement or rights provided by applicable law, the Enrollment Agreement and applicable law control.
Enrollment
Submission of an online enrollment request or payment through this website does not, by itself, constitute acceptance into a program. Admission and enrollment are subject to Big Daddi Trucking LLC’s published admission requirements and completion of all required enrollment documents.
Before signing an Enrollment Agreement, prospective students will receive the applicable School Catalog and School Performance Fact Sheet and other disclosures required by California law.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition, registration fees, and other charges are disclosed in the applicable Enrollment Agreement and School Catalog. Students are responsible only for charges applicable to their program and enrollment as permitted by law.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
Student cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights are governed by the Enrollment Agreement, the school’s published Student Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy, and applicable California law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service waives, limits, or modifies any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other student right provided by applicable law.
Attendance and Program Completion
Students must satisfy the attendance, academic, proficiency, theory, range, behind-the-wheel, assessment, and other completion requirements applicable to their program.
A Certificate of Completion is issued only after the student satisfies the applicable program completion requirements.
CDL and ELDT Disclosure
Completion of a Big Daddi Trucking LLC training program does not itself issue a California Commercial Driver’s License, endorsement, or other government credential. Licensing and testing decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies.
Big Daddi Trucking LLC does not guarantee DMV test passage, issuance of a CDL or endorsement, employment, job placement, wages, work schedules, routes, or employment with any particular employer.
For programs subject to federal Entry-Level Driver Training requirements, applicable training and completion information will be handled in accordance with applicable ELDT requirements.
Training Vehicles
Training vehicles may vary by program. Students will be informed of material vehicle or licensing restrictions applicable to their training.
Students completing a California CDL skills test in an automatic-transmission commercial motor vehicle may be subject to an applicable restriction prohibiting operation of a manual-transmission commercial motor vehicle.
Student Conduct and Safety
Students are expected to follow all safety requirements, instructor directions, attendance requirements, school policies, and applicable laws and regulations. Big Daddi Trucking LLC may take appropriate action concerning unsafe conduct or violations of school policies, subject to the student’s Enrollment Agreement, School Catalog, and applicable law.
Website Information
Big Daddi Trucking LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information. Program schedules, availability, instructional arrangements, and other operational information may change when permitted by applicable law. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and enrollment documents.
No Waiver of Student Rights
Nothing contained on this website or in these Terms of Service is intended to require a student to waive any protection or right provided under applicable California or federal law.
